Q: What user name and password should I use ?
A: Firstly you should register as existing or a new devleoper depending on did you have any products already listed on site or you didn't. After registration you will receive a password at email we have in our database (if you are exisiting vendor) or at email you entered during registration. You should login using your email as user name and password you received in message.

Q: Where can I register (login) ?
A: It is right here http://www.softpicks.net/dev/

Q: Why should I register ?
A: After you register you can get access to your control panel where you can modify you products data in few clicks, submit new products, take part in promotion actions and much more.

Q: Why I just can't submit a PAD file as it was before ?
A: With the new control system your products are in safety. Nobody can overwrite your product data with fake buy and home page links, wrong descriptions, contact data and affiliate spam.

Q: How can I register ?
A: There are two ways of registration: for vendors who have submitted software before and for newbies. If you have submitted any of your products before you should choose appropriate way of registration and enter any of product titles you have already listed on site. We will immediately send a password to email we have in our database from PADs already submitted before.

Q: I have registered and how can I login ?
A: If your registration passed successfully the message with password was sent either to email we have in our database (for vendors who have submitted software before) or to email you entered during registration. You should login using your email (EMAIL WHERE PASSWORD WAS SENT) as user name and password you received in message.

Q: I got password in my inbox, but I can't login !
A: Please check if you used as your user name email EXACT as the email where to you received your password.

Q: I do not remember email I used in my previous submissions
A: We use "General_Email" tag from your PAD files. If you have any of PAD files you have submitted before you can get it from there.

Q: Email you sent me password to does not exist any more
